an appointment
I had an appointment with my tutor tonight. I waited for 20 minutes, but she did not come. I called her to make sure if we have an appointment (because I often forget something). She told me that she forgot that and she will come next week. However, when I waited for 10 minutes, I have guessed that she might forget. I did not feel angry, disappointed, and happy or something. I was a little excited that I have the chance to take a walk. I do not care whether it is raining or not. It is cool outside, and I like it!

"to make sure if we have". The idiom is " to confirm that we had".
"(because I often forget something)" ==> "because I often forget such things." There's no reason to use parentheses. The information is important enough to say without them.
"she will come" ==> "she would come". This is a tense problem.
"when I waited for 10 minutes, I have guessed that she might forget." ==> "after waiting for her for ten minutes the next week, I guessed that she had forgotten again."
"I did not feel angry, disappointed, and happy or something." ==> "I didn't feel angry. disappointed, or happy." You don't need the "something": it's meaningless.
"that I have the chance" ==> "that I had the chance". Tense problem again.
"I do not care whether it is raining or not. It is cool outside, and I like it!" This is non sequitur: it does not follow from the previous sentences. It must be in the past tense. Also, your prose is just a bit too formal. Native speakers usually use contractions for this level of writing. ==> "I didn't care that it was raining. It was cool outside, and I liked it!"
Still and all, your post was cl;ear and easy to understand.
